What to Bring to Your Meet

Here’s a quick checklist to help swimmers and parents make sure nothing gets left behind in the early morning rush.


🦬 Swimmer Pack List

  • Cibolo Canyons team swimsuit and t-shirt 
  • Team swim cap
  • Goggles (bring at least 2 pairs in case one breaks)
  • 1-2 towels (one for drying off, one for sitting)
  • Sunscreen (apply after writing EHL on arm)
  • Cover-up or clothes to stay warm between races
  • Water bottles and/or sports drinks to stay hydrated
  • Healthy snacks or lunch (or plan to support concessions)
  • Entertainment (books, games, coloring—items will get wet)
  • A positive attitude and readiness to cheer on teammates!

Note: Tent parents are not responsible for keeping track of swimmer belongings—label items and pack wisely!


👏 Parent Pack List

  • Sharpie (to mark your swimmer’s Event / Heat / Lane)
  • Sunscreen (don’t apply before arm marking)
  • Cash or card for concessions — proceeds support the host team
  • Snacks/lunch if not using concessions
  • Sunglasses and hat
  • Portable chair
  • Entertainment or a book
  • Camera or phone for pictures
  • A great cheering voice! The louder the crowd, the more pumped your swimmer gets — they can hear you from the water!
