Swim Meet Signups
This page includes instructions for signing your swimmer up for meets during the season. Swim meet signups are managed through Swimtopia and are only visible when a meet is open for entries.
When signups open, families will be able to opt their swimmer in or out of the meet using the steps below.
When Will I See Meet Signups?
Meet signup options will appear in Swimtopia once entries are open for that specific meet.
If you do not see a signup option yet, it means entries are not open at this time.
Families must complete their selection by 11:00 AM on the Wednesday before a regular season meet. Swimmers marked Undeclared will not be entered into the meet.
Special meets, including Champs and All Stars, may have additional instructions that will be shared as those meets approach.
How to Sign Up Your Swimmer
- Log in to Swimtopia (Login is in the upper right corner)
- Click Forgot your password if you need to reset your login
- Click the green Meet Entry button
- For each of your athletes, click on the green "Edit" button and select one option from the drop down list next to their names.
- Undeclared
- Attending
- Not Attending
- Choose up to three individual events
- Specify your swimmer's availability for relays from the drop down options (if offered)
- Click Save to submit
