Our swim meets are successful because of the time and dedication our families generously give, and we truly appreciate your support. This season, each family is required to volunteer at two dual meets.

When registering, families will select their volunteer jobs at the time of registration. While SwimTopia still displays volunteer “points” behind the scenes, these are simply used to assign and track jobs. For our team, completing two volunteer shifts (two meets) fulfills the volunteer requirement for the season. There is no need for families to track or manage points.

To help meets run smoothly and reduce training headaches, we strongly encourage families to choose roles within the same "category" for both meets whenever possible. This consistency helps volunteers feel more confident and allows our deck and meet operations teams to stay organized.

While Champs volunteer roles do not count toward the two required meets, families whose swimmers participate in Champs should be prepared to volunteer as needed. We appreciate your willingness to support the team and help make this a great season for everyone.
